1. SafeSkies nedir

SafeSkies, hava yolcuları için bir konfor ve bilgi arkadaşıdır: uçuş bilgisi, konfor tahminleri, rahatlama araçları ve ticari havacılık hakkında eğitici içerik sunar.

2. SafeSkies ne değildir

Güvenlik ürünü değildir. Konfor puanları ve türbülans görünümleri uçuşun nasıl hissettirebileceğini anlatır; ne kadar güvenli olduğunu asla. Seyahat güvenliği kararı için kullanılamaz.
Tıbbi ürün değildir. Kaygı bozuklukları dahil hiçbir durumu teşhis veya tedavi etmez; profesyonel desteğin yerini tutmaz.
Resmî havacılık kaynağı değildir. Uçakta kabin ekibinin talimatları her zaman uygulamadaki her şeyin önündedir.

3. Bilgi doğruluğu

Uçuş, hava ve türbülans verileri üçüncü taraf kaynaklardan ve tahminlerden gelir; gecikmiş, eksik veya hatalı olabilir. Kalkış saati, kapı gibi operasyonel kararlar için uygulamaya güvenme — her zaman havayolunla teyit et.

4. Abonelikler ve satın alımlar

SafeSkies Plus, otomatik yenilenen aylık veya yıllık abonelik olarak; Uçuş Geçişi tek seferlik satın alım olarak sunulur. Ücret Apple hesabına yansır. Abonelik, dönem bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmezse otomatik yenilenir ve App Store hesap ayarlarından yönetilir. Apple'ın standart son kullanıcı lisans sözleşmesi geçerlidir.

5. Kabul edilebilir kullanım

Hizmeti kötüye kullanmak, sunucuları zorlamak, veri akışlarını kazımak veya uygulamayı yürürlükteki hukuka ya da havayolu kurallarına aykırı kullanmak (ekip istemediğinde cihaz kullanmak dahil) yasaktır.

6. Sorumluluk

Hukukun izin verdiği azami ölçüde SafeSkies "olduğu gibi" sunulur; gösterdiği bilgilere dayanarak alınan kararlardan sorumlu değiliz. Hukuken sınırlanamayan sorumluluklar saklıdır.

1. What SafeSkies is

SafeSkies is a comfort and information companion for air travellers: flight information, comfort estimates, relaxation tools and educational content about commercial aviation.

2. What SafeSkies is not

Not a safety product. Comfort scores and turbulence outlooks describe how a flight may feel, never how safe it is. They must not be used for travel-safety decisions.
Not a medical product. It does not diagnose or treat any condition, including anxiety disorders, and does not replace professional care.
Not an official aviation source. On board, crew instructions always take precedence over anything in the app.

3. Information accuracy

Flight, weather and turbulence data comes from third-party sources and forecasts; it can be delayed, incomplete or wrong. Do not rely on the app for departure times, gates or any operational decision — always confirm with your airline.

4. Subscriptions and purchases

SafeSkies Plus is an auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscription; the Flight Pass is a one-time purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and are managed in your App Store account settings. Apple's standard Licensed Application EULA applies.

5. Acceptable use

You may not abuse the service, overwhelm our servers, scrape our data feeds, or use the app in violation of applicable law or airline rules (including using your device when crew ask you not to).

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SafeSkies is provided "as is" without warranties, and we are not liable for decisions made based on the information it shows. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
